"Files" refers to any and all files that are available for download on the Forum.
"Pictures" refers to any and all images and graphics that are displayed on the Forum.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Minemev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the Forum and its associated services, including downloading Files and viewing Pictures. You agree to use the Forum and its associated services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
The Forum, including all Files and Pictures, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Minemev retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Forum, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that the Forum is licensed, not sold, to you.
All members of this forum must respect the originality and ownership of the content that is shared within the community. If a user uploads content that is created by another user, it will not be removed unless the original creator reports it as unauthorized or infringing.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the Forum Owner is not responsible for the content uploaded by other users of the forum (“User Content”). Minemev does not endorse any User Content. The User Content is the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded it.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the User Content may be protected by intellectual property rights, and that the User is solely responsible for ensuring that the User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. The Forum Owner will not be responsible for any claims arising from User's infringement of intellectual property rights.
Minemev makes no representation or warranty with respect to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the User Content. The User acknowledges that the User Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information, and that the User uses the User Content at User's own risk.
In no event will Minemev be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of or inability to use the User Content, or for any other claim related in any way to User's use of the User Content.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Forum Owner harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to User's use of the User Content.
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members, this forum prohibits the sharing of explicit content. This includes, but is not limited to, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate speech, and other forms of offensive or inappropriate content.

under no circumstances, including without limitation negligence, shall Minemev or Signature be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use of the forum, including without limitation the files and pictures. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. Minemev reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, at any time terminate or suspend all or a portion of the Forum and its associated services, including the license granted hereunder, without prior notice and without liability to you. In the event of termination, you must immediately cease using the Forum and its associated services.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Argentina.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Forum and its associated services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
Minemev reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. You will be deemed to have accepted any such changes by your continued use of the Forum and its associated services after the changes have been posted.
