8bit Encoder

8Bit Item to Binary Encoder by Eirik Thanks to HeilzMaker for some circuitry and minhopper idea, and to Obi for some logic. Will accept a box with an item, and give it a binary code. Uses bitgrouping to reduce the amount of encoder. chests, while keeping them easy to encode and manage.
