[Basil] Shulker Box Color Swapper

Lot of inspo from Obi Recolors input boxes based on contents via Auto Crafting Features: - Dry Fire proof (Won't scramble encoder) - Idle Cartless (No hopper cart when not used via yeeting it) - FHL - Smol and compact - Relatively fast and simple - Will make sure all the chests have their contents before starting - 2 Separate outputs (lower output is for dyes and boxes while the top one is only for boxes) - Works with the shulker box not recoloring same box aswell it won't break (outputs dyes and boxes aswell) - If you run out of dyes it will simply not recolor the box
